Project Overview

This project was to provide additional class rooms for Park Hill School by installing modular buildings.

Bul 1 reduced the ground, provided attendance to the piling contractor, constructed pile caps and ground beams for the building to founded upon. The building was connected to the foul and surface water drainage system. We constructed a parking area consisting of precast concrete kerbs and asphalt finish. The footpaths to the new modular building were constructed of precast concrete paving slabs laid on a cement/sand bed. We created planting areas around the buildings and car park consisting of trees, shrubs and grassed areas.
